This is a two bedroom home built on a small lot in Bridgeport. It was built on a 40 x 40 lot in Sunset Valley. No custom content or store content was used in this build. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious backyard. I went out of my comfort zone with this house. This is a house I built for Phyracracker93! I just started reading his story вЂњFading Quickly!вЂќ I recommend it to anyone looking to read a good sims story.

It's made to fit Lunar Lakes and is currently a commercial lot. More information about it and download link is here. ItвЂ™s meant to fit Bridgeport and is supposed to be across from the supermarket. There were also some weird glitches I couldnвЂ™t get rid of so just a quick heads up. I used custom content and store content in this build. It's not really a functioning car repair shop but more so for storytelling. I honestly made this a residential lot, but you can change it. The booths in the diner are not connected to the tables due to weird clipping so tweak if needed. It features a small, cramped apartment and a diner. So I wasn't sure if this ended up fitting in commercial or residential but you know, the diner is the main feature of it.

I tried to keep the countryside theme, with a modern touch. Historic lots are still there, just renovated. Original population has been deleted (Except the Fox household) Any other sims you see are workers for community lots.
